With over 34 years of continuous legal practice, Adv. Nahush S. Khubalkar is a seasoned High Court advocate known for his clarity of thought, depth of preparation, and practical, strategy-driven approach to legal problem-solving.

Having commenced practice in 1991, and having served as Assistant Government Pleader and Additional Public Prosecutor (2000–2016) at the Nagpur Bench of the Bombay High Court, he brings a rare combination of government litigation experience and independent private practice insight.

He regularly appears before the High Court, Nagpur Bench, as well as various tribunals, and handles matters from initial consultation and drafting to final arguments with diligence and precision.
